My family and I moved to the North Coast 25 years ago and the first thing that floored us was the exorbitant gas prices. Over the years the local fuel dealers have remained silent and we have kept paying.

I would assume that shipping and handling charges would remain pretty constant so we could assume that the cost of a barrel of oil and the refinery charges would set the price. Apparently not!

Both oil and gasoline have gone down throughout the last month. Gas prices haven’t budged! If it wasn’t for Costco there would be no competition!Would someone from the industry like to comment?
