The Sequoia Park Zoo and Foundation will host the annual Halloween celebration, “Boo at the Zoo,” Sunday, with activities from noon to 4 p.m. at the zoo, 3414 W St. in Eureka. Those attending will enjoy crafts, games and face painting and can take a stroll down the extinction trail and witness the animal pumpkin stomp and chomp. There will also be a costume parade and contest, with prizes awarded. Snacks and hot apple cider will be available in addition to a special Zoo Café menu. All activities are included with general zoo admission. Zoo members can join the fun for free.
