Dancing Cow Milk Stout recently made its Humboldt debut and is available at limited locations. (The Booth Brewing – Contributed)

A new craft beer addition has made its way to Humboldt; Dancing Cow Milk Stout is now being distributed in kegs and bottles at limited locations in the county.

Launched by The Booth Brewing in South Korea, this stout has gone quite the distance and offers a new take on a traditional stout. This easy-drinking stout has the typical caramel and chocolate notes but has a balanced smoothness from the milk and vanilla. As it’s said in Korea, “It is what makes even cows dance!”

Starting with three founders- a Korean medical doctor, financial analyst, and Economist correspondent-The Booth was born out of a love for quality craft beer. From a small pizza pub in an alleyway of Seoul, Korea in May 2013, The Booth has had marked success in the United States. In May 2017, The Booth began operations at the current Eureka facility. Recently The Booth won the California IPA brewery of the year at the NY International Craft Beer Competition, and gold medal winner of the largest alcohol beverage award in Korea, Korea Wine & Spirits Award.
