BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) _ Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc. (KW) on Wednesday reported second-quarter earnings of $109.6 million.
The Beverly Hills, California-based company said it had profit of 77 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to $1.20 per share.
The real estate investment and services company posted revenue of $218.3 million in the period.
Kennedy-Wilson shares have risen 22 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $21.10, an increase of 5.5 percent in the last 12 months.
