The Foo Fighters have cancelled two shows in Europe after their frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg falling off the stage during a concert in Sweeden, according to Fox News.

Grohl and the Foo Fighters were performing in Goteborg, Sweden Friday when he fell. In true rock star fashion, Grohl decided that the show must go on.

The former Nirvana drummer made a quick to the hospital where at least one fracture was confirmed. The band continued to play, as Grohl sought medical attention.

He returned to finish the concert, arriving back on stage on a stretcher with his right foot bandaged. He performed sitting down or supporting himself on crutches.

The next day, the band decided to cancel its show Sunday at the Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands as well as its Tuesday concert in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Later, the Foo Fighters tweeted an X-ray image of what appeared to be a clear fracture in the leg.
