Former San Francisco 49ers defensive end Ray McDonald has listed his 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom estate in South San Jose for $2,949,888.

The two-story 4,827 square foot Mediterranean style home was built in 1999 and has a large outdoor area with a pool, swim-up bar and fire pit. Inside, there is a theater room, a game room decorated with 49ers memorabilia and renovated kitchen, among other features.

The home was previously sold in 2012 for $1.82 million, according to public records.

McDonald played for the 49ers from 2007 to 2014. The team released him last December after he was named a suspect in a sexual assault investigation.
