Jim Walker lays blame in the E-R Outlook section as he rides off into the sunset, the location he identified in the article”s first paragraph by probably having a committee to advise him to head toward the Coast Range based on 140 years historical record. Blaming the tea party, Walker runs away from the financial mess he, Ann Schwab, Andy Holcombe, Mary Flynn and Scott Gruendl have caused.

So long Walker, and don”t let the door hit you on the backside as you hurry out. Go join Holcombe in South America and get some free health care there.

Walker cried like a child demanding more toys from Mommy and Daddy who are in the middle of tough times. Demanding more committees like Sustainability, then Diversity and who knows perhaps a Corporate Personhood Prevention committee. Walker knows committees generate money by getting grants that appointed unpaid members can use to enrich themselves.

Walker says how about some more roundabouts downtown or purple painted accented bike paths? The list goes on in Walker”s world to prevent Chico from turning into a Third World country and all he needed was more tax money.

I do believe it was Jerry Brown who cut off RDA funds instead of paring down state union employee benefits and wages that are way above the norm. And on the loss of city employees, I suggest some are leaving early just to lock in those generous retirement packages Walker and his liberal friends provided before they too get cut.
