OROVILLE — State Sen. Doug LaMalfa, R-Richvale, has become the latest addition to Oroville”s downtown.
Last Thursday, LaMalfa”s staff moved out of a temporary office at Chico city hall and into an office at 1550 Myers St., Suite A., in Oroville.
Kelly King and Christine Rydell are the two field representatives who will keep the Oroville office open.
Lisa Buescher, district director of LaMalfa”s offices, said by telephone Thursday she will also be in the Oroville office periodically.
“The senator will also be in and out of that office,” Buescher said. After he was elected, LaMalfa inherited former Sen. Sam Aanestad”s office in Chico. He decided to relocate his office to downtown Oroville.
LaMalfa now has offices in Oroville, Redding, Rocklin and in the Capitol in Sacramento.
