To the Editor:

Thank you so, so much for all of the local support. Without it this event [Waveheart Foundation golf tournament] would not have happened. My heart goes out to each and every one of you. You are awesome. Wow, so much local support as well from the people at KMUD radio. Thank you for all the coverage, Mahalo. T-shirts were donated from the Mateel Community Center. That’s where, on June 20, there will be a dance show called the Rainbow Buffet, which is directed by Aurora Raiment, who also was a huge contributor to this event and has helped the Waveheart Foundation network with so many other local non-profits. Shakka and my heart says thanks.

Humboldt Hunnies supported the cause with a gift certificate that was given away at the event, Aloha hunnies. Hemp Connection spread love with allowing Waveheart to have a donation jar, which was blessed by the adults and children alike. Blue Moon also went big for Waveheart and the kids. The leis, the trophies, and other gifts were donated, along with a donation jar in the store. Thanks girls, mahalo from the wave warrior. Flavors was so kind to offer gifts and candy for the kids as well as overall support, aloha everybody from Flavors-shakka. Mario’s Marina was also a contributor with a $200 donation for the event. Thanks Diane, Virginia, and Russ, you guys rock. Aloha.
