Applicants must be residents of Shelter Cove or a Shelter Cove Pioneer member or the son or daughter of a Shelter Cove Pioneer member. The scholarship will be awarded to anyone, high school senior or older, for continuing education at a two-year college, four-year college, university or vocational/trade school, regardless of applicant’s age.
