The Mattole Charter School Redway Center graduated eight home schooled independent study students this year.

The graduates are Q Rayn Forester, son of David Arnold of Miranda; Charlie Arnold, daughter of Joan and Tom Arnold of Garberville; Kyle Corriveau, son of Karen Richards of Leggett and Peter Corriveau of Laytonville; Sahela Finley, son of John Finley and Lisa Solaris of Garberville; Maiel Forner, son of Gayle and Michele Forner of Redway; Shoshana Grace, daughter of Avi Livingstone and Robert Lasbury of Redway; Aquila Phelps-Gellman, daughter of Kim Phelps and Rob Gellman of New Harris; and Jesse Gray, a winter graduate already studying at College of the Redwoods.

The Mattole Charter School Independent Study teachers are Siena Klein and Tom Grover.
