To the Editor:

Hello Redwood Runners.

First of all, let me personally thank each and everyone of you that helped make our event a success. From the opening with the color guard and 21-gun salute to early Sunday morning, it was one of the best Redwood Runs that I have attended.

Of course, there will always be room for improvement, and Kiwanis is always happy to hear positive feedback, and also ways that you may see fit for us to improve on next year’s event.

Our on-line store is now open at www.kiwanisrwr.com and we have a full array of tank tops, T-shirts, bandanas, posters, run pins and calendars available for purchase.

I am proud to announce that, thanks to this year’s turnout we are able to award scholarships to all that applied, and send our local kids off to college with some help.

Thank you again everyone. Hope to see you all again next year.
