To the Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank these local businesses for participating in Redway School’s perfect attendance program: Garberville Shell, Garberville Chevron, Signature Coffee, Treats, Blue Moon Gift Shop, D’Amato’s Pizza and Deli, Redway Liquor and Deli, Dean Creek Resort, Flavors, Sequoia Steak and Pub, and the Garberville Theatre.

Every request I made to these local businesses was answered generously, so I did not need to ask any further than them or any other community members.

As has been said so many times this year, I am once again reminded that we live in a caring and giving community. It is good to see the support for our public schools by the local businesses.
