Feeling isolated and stressed from facing the daily challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia or chronic illness? A caregiver support group will meet Thursday, May 8, from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Heart of the Redwoods Hospice, 464 Maple Lane, Garberville.

Come join us for ongoing information and support. This group meets monthly, call for future dates and times! This month’s special guest speaker will be Gina Paine, N.E., speaking on Integrative Nutrition.
