Humboldt County’s Department of Health and Human Services announces that applications are available for Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Act funds. The funds are available for nonprofit agencies to provide certain housing and support services to people living with HIV/AIDS in Humboldt and/or Del Norte Counties.
