Mendocino Adventure Ropes Course, in Leggett, is a community resource of awesome potential. A learning tool providing an outdoor adventure experience based on the power of the physical metaphor, it is a “play” area for groups of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities to participate in a series of activities that serves to increase self-confidence, mutual support within a group, develop trust of oneself and others and encourage problem-solving and leadership - and is fun!
We are looking for community participation and input to optimize use of this facility. Applications are now being accepted for staff and board positions. Watch for open community programs or call Nonae Sears, MARC Director, at 925-6285 to schedule a day for your group.
