Law Day for people age 60 or better will be on Saturday, May 10, at the Humboldt Senior Resource Center in Eureka. Attorneys will host two free seminars. At 9 a.m., Dennis Reinholtsen will host a seminar regarding Wills and Estate Planning. At 10:30 a.m., Sara Senger will host a seminar regarding Medi-Cal Estate Planning.
Individual consultations with private practice attorneys will be available by appointment regarding bankruptcy, a simple will, debt defense, whether a trust is in your best interests, the risks and benefits of signing a power of attorney for finances, small estate planning or an advance health care directive.
