Students will learn six powerful energy-balancing protocols. A major focus of the class will be mantra yoga and the use of toning in life, healing, and bodywork. Polarity therapy is unique as a healing art, for its constant intention to address the soul - the animating intelligence in the body.
Burger’s approach to the bodywork is unique for the constant focus on the unity and divinity of all life. Burger’s book, Esoteric Anatomy: The Body as Consciousness, has been called “the bible of energy medicine.”
Based on Vedanta and yoga philosophy, the class will focus on the body as a field of conscious energy and a microcosm of creation. Classes will meet six Tuesdays, beginning April 2, at Burger’s Benbow home. The course earns 95 NCBTMB continuing education hours.
