The Eel River Valley Multi-Generational Center (MGC) in Fortuna is a place where people of all ages can come together at one place to participate in classes, programs, and activities. In short - the MGC is here for you.

The MGC makes a difference in people’s lives by providing a healthy and supportive environment that promotes interaction, understanding and respect between generations through a variety of activities, classes, programs, and services.

In addition to offering innovative programs for our community, the MGC is also available for rent. We have two multi-purpose rooms, a boardroom, classrooms, and a garden area. There will be designated space for specific groups as well as common spaces where many different groups can interact.

Multigenerational centers provide opportunities for interaction between the generations through planned programs, activities and informal encounters and where resources that may otherwise be divided are consolidated to serve multiple generations in one facility.

If you would like to have a program or an event at the MGC, please send an email to tpockett@ervmgc.com. The initial requests will be reviewed on March 22; however they will be accepting room requests on an ongoing basis.
