I Can Cope is a series of free, educational peer support classes facilitated by medical professionals. Each class highlights a different topic relevant to the cancer experience to enhance knowledge and skills and empower participants to cope more effectively with the challenges that living with cancer can bring. Currently these classes are offered to cancer patients and caregivers in the comfort of their homes via telephone.

Then the class after that will be “Relieving Cancer Pain” and will be held on Saturday, August 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. To register, please call 1-800-ACS-2345 by August 13. For more information, please call 442-1436, extension 3.
