More than 2,000 pot plants were discovered in storage units on Airport Road in Fortuna after the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served a search warrant in response to neighborhood complaints, officials said.
One person was arrested this morning on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale. The suspect's name was not immediately available. In addition to the plants, investigators also loaded up a variety of grow equipment from the scene, including lights.
This is the fifth time officers have been at the facility in the last year, Sgt. Bryan Quenell said.
