Reading Room has black history library

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr.’s 85th birthday, Garberville’s Reading Room is freely offering the use of its significant black history library. Beginning Friday, Feb. 7 the Reading Room, located in the back of the Bike Workshop, will be open from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This will also be an opportunity to look over the 2,000 books in various categories. There is, for instance, a large and inclusive American history library.
