San Jose man arrested in Fortuna for homicide

Fortuna police arrested a San Jose man on the 2600 block of Boone Street for an outstanding homicide felony warrant on Friday.

According to a department press release, Andrew Daniel Rodriguez, 21, was wanted in connection with the November shooting death of a San Jose teen. Rodriguez surrendered to officers without incident, and was transferred to the Humboldt County jail. He was booked and is being held for the warrant pending extradition back to San Jose.
