Wade, the supreme court decision that legalized abortion in the United States and changed reproductive health care and women’s rights as we know them. Join Planned Parenthood and Oscar nominated, Emmy Award winning producer, Dorothy Fadiman at two exciting events.
On Friday, Jan. 18 Six Rivers Planned Parenthood will host the 31st annual Choices Breakfast at Baywood Country Club. Dorothy Fadiman will share audio clips from her film trilogy, From the Back-Alleys to the Supreme Court & Beyond, and bring to life the history of the struggle for women’s reproductive rights in the United States. On Saturday, Jan. 19 celebrate the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade at the Arcata Theatre Lounge with Planned Parenthood and producer Dorothy Fadiman.
