Southern Humboldt play groups offer many early learning activities; new schedule for the school year

Social interaction is just one aspect of the local First 5 playgroups. Parents often share stories and information and there is a lot of peer-to-peer learning.

Raising children is the most important, rewarding and often challenging thing we will ever do. To support parents in this process, the Southern Humboldt Family Resource Center offers a variety of activities for families. These activities are supported by First 5 Humboldt and the Southern Humboldt Unified School District, to promote the healthy development of children and their parents.
