The Piercy community is in need of volunteers who are willing to commit to serving and protecting the district. They are looking for men and women, 18 years or older, even retired people, to step-up and be part of a team of dedicated local volunteers.
Volunteer positions needed:
o Fire fighters
o Engineers - fire truck operators
o First responders - EMT’s
o Traffic control
o Maintenance (vehicles and buildings)
o Clerical/historian
o Fund raising events coordinator
Qualification and certification training will be provided. Volunteers meet twice a month to check out and service equipment and gear plus receive up-dates on latest fire fighting and EMS techniques.
Please join he efforts, attend the meeting, bring your spouse and friend, learn about fire safety and protection, volunteer and help keep the community safe. Coffee, tea and refreshments will be served.
