Fred and Michele Mitchell, owners of Treats Ice Cream Parlor, would like to announce the graduation of their daughter, Amber Bradley, shown here with her daughter, Lily. She received a BA in anthropology from Sacramento State University. Amber continued to work on her degree after serving four years in the Air Force. Her parents are very proud of her accomplishments and can’t wait to see what’s next for her.
