The CSDA Annual Conference and Exhibitor Showcase marked the 40th anniversary of CSDA and focused on a theme of Progress. Seminars and educational workshops on a wide range of topics important to special districts were held to inform and motivate special district board members and staff from throughout California.
CSDA has served special districts for 40 years, growing to be the recognized voice for special districts of all types at the Capitol and providing first-class educational opportunities to its 988 members.
Bryant will bring his years of experience and knowledge working with California special districts to lead the association over the next year. He has been a CSDA Board Member since 2000 - nine years. Bryant is former Mayor of the City of Blue Lake. He has 35 years of experience in municipal services and is currently serving as CAO/General Manager of the Garberville Sanitary District. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Redway Community Services District for over 10 years. During Bryant’s nine years serving on the CSDA Board, he has served on many of CSDA’s committees as chair, vice chair or member.
CSDA is excited to serve special districts under Bryant’s leadership in the coming year and is pleased to have his extensive experience and extreme passion for special districts on our governing board.
