Friday Night Youth will view Les Miserables on June 27 at 6 p.m. after dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the Garberville Community Presbyterian Church.

This version of Les Miserables is a new interpretation of the 1862 classic by Victor Hugo (1802-1885) about the quest of Inspector Javert to capture escaped convict Jean Valjean, originally an honest man who was jailed for stealing a single loaf of bread to feed the family of his starving sister.

Free time with activities such as games, air hockey, foosball or ping pong will follow the movie. All high school-aged youth are welcome and adult volunteers are encouraged to stop by.
