Friday Night Youth to see “Remember the Titans”

Friday Night Youth will view “Remember the Titans” on Friday, June 20, at 6 p.m. after dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the Garberville Community Presbyterian Church.

”Remember the Titans” tells the story of a high school football coach who finds himself fighting for stakes much higher than the State Championship. The drama stars Denzel Washington and is based on actual events.

Free time with activities such as games, air hockey, foosball or ping pong will follow the film. All high school-aged youth are welcome and adult volunteers are encouraged to stop by.
