Happening as a single day event this year on Saturday, July 19, at Benbow Lake State Recreation Area, a variety of festival positions are currently available. Those with prior experience volunteering for Reggae On The River are especially encouraged to continue their participation in this community event, although new energy is also welcome. To sign up as a volunteer, call Casandra Taliafero at 923-3368 ext. 27. Contact her ASAP for the best choice of volunteer opportunities.
Tickets are also now on sale at the usual local outlets and online for a price of $45 MCC members, $50 advance, and $55 at the gate if available. Interest is high and a sell out is expected, so advance tickets are encouraged.
