IMAGINE COMMUNITY ARTS STUDIO GARBERVILLE >> A variety of art classes are being offered at the Artful Children sponsored "Imagine" art room at the CR building on Sprowel Creek Road.
Please join Imagine Community Arts Studio for Arts Alive, Friday, Sept. 5 , from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for a social evening and to learn more about classes available and opportunities to teach one of your own. Featured on the wall will be the work of Laci Coelho.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Laci Coelho will lead "Dynamic Art" a class for ages 11-17, an 8 week series that explores empowering youth to use art as a positive avenue for self expression, creating exciting and unique art projects that open the imagination and challenge skill levels.

Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 3 from 2 to 3 p.m. Dotti Russel will be teaching a beginning drawing class for ages 5-7, and from 3 to 4 p.m. she will lead a mixed media exploration for ages 6-10.
Also on Wednesdays,starting Sept. 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Russel and Nonae Sears will be leading a town forum and discussion, calling all artists and creative thinkers to help design and support a successful community art studio and a legacy for our children.
On Thursday morning, from 9 a.m. to noon, for ages 8 and up, Dotti Russel will lead an art exploration workshop called "No Boundaries."
On Thursday evenings, the event "Free Flowing Art " will be held from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Artists and musicians of all skill levels in various media are invited to bring instruments and materials to explore and enjoy the improvisational possibilities of blending and cross pollinating the arts led by Graham and Dotti Russel

On Saturday, Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. there will be a recycled art, wire wrapping class, "Repurpose Art " with Taunja Lowry for ages 6 and up. Families are encouraged.
On Saturday, Sept. 13 , tracker Kim Cabrera, will lead a discussion and slide show on how to coexist with bears from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
