The Eureka Symphony presents its second annual Spring Chamber Music Benefit Concert on Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m. at the Eureka Woman’s Club, 1531 J St. in Eureka.
Terrie Baune, violin; Carol Jacobson, cello; and John Chernoff, piano, will perform works by Bach, Schubert and Shostakovich. Admission is $25, refreshments will be sold at intermission, and all proceeds will go to the Eureka Symphony to support its programs.
The performers will talk about the pieces and why these are some of their favorite works. All are invited to enjoy some wonderful music and celebrate the arrival of spring. Call Carol Scher at 442-8566 to reserve tickets.
