On Wednesday, Oct. 10, Persimmons Garden Gallery welcomes singer/guitarist Ray Bevitori accompanied by drummer Michael Curran. Ray’s repertoire ranges from “Hank Williams to Jimmy Hendrix.”

Thursday, Oct. 11, we will be treated with the rare appearance of the well-loved local singer/guitarist Francine Allen. Francine, who for many years was part of the popular duet Francine and Namiah, has a rich and beautiful voice and relevant material. She will be accompanied by Michael Curran.

Friday, Oct. 12, will be Jim Wilde’s second annual 65th birthday party. Jim will be enjoying his birthday by playing jazz with alto saxophonist Francis Vanek, bassist Damien Roomets, drummer Michael Curran, and special guests. Stop by and say happy birthday... cake, anyone?

Persimmons is open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Music is from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Vegetarian and meat dishes, soup, salad, cheese, local wine, and desserts are available. The kitchen closes at 10 p.m. Space is available to rent on Saturday and Sunday.
