Agnes J. Johnson Elementary School will hold their annual fall carnival at the school, in Weott, this Friday evening, Nov. 7. Homemade chili, tacos, and hot dogs will be served from 5:30-6:30 p.m., with games like Bingo, wheel of fortune, a cake walk and more, starting at 6 p.m. A raffle for lots of cool prizes will be held at 7 p.m. with a special raffle for some firewood as well.

This is the big fundraiser of the year for the school. All money raised is used to support activities for the students. Past projects that have been funded include playground equipment, a baseball field and snack shack, special assemblies, books for the library, materials for art classes and classroom projects, and field trips.

Come out to Weott, have a great time, and enhance our kids’ education this Friday.
