The Southern Humboldt Little League AllStars 11-12 year old division played in Arcata the weekend of June 28-29 with two decisive wins to advance into the winner's bracket undefeated.

Saturday, the team played Klamath-Trinity and beat the competition with a 12-0 shut out in 5 innings with C. J. Van Meter rifling one out of the park. The pitching was led off by Cooper Scott, followed by Kaydon Pogue, Cody Wyatt and Aiden Bignon-Butterworth.

Sunday, the boys played a very competitive game against Eureka but blasted the competition in an 11-4 battle with Cody Lynch pitching beautifully for five complete innings and Cooper Scott closing out the contest. C.J. Van Meter went out of the yard again with a blast over into the parking lot.
