South Fork High School sophomore Sidney Stevens, left, and junior Makenzie Crenshaw gave a presentation at the Garberville Rotary Club meeting on blessing bags. They got the idea from the Internet website Pinterest. Members of South Fork’s Rotary Interact Club are collecting travel size toiletries, including sanitizing wipes, shampoo, soap, and deodorant. They are also looking for packaged food to hand out at the Mateel Meal and to other agencies that work with those in need. If you have any unopened items from recent motel/hotel stays please drop off your donations at South Fork High School, the Myers Flat Post Office, or at North Valley Bank. Please make sure they are travel size so they will fit in the bags the club members are putting together.
