If you have a friend or family member with a serious brain disorder such as bi-polar, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD or an illness along those lines, please join this support group and realize that you are not alone.

The group will meet on Monday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. or later if needed at Fortuna United Methodist Church, Fireplace Room, 922 N. St. (corner of 10th and N). Please use side door on N St. This has no affiliation with the church, only a meeting place.

If you have attended a Family-to-Family class, if this is a new experience for you, if you need help and support, they are here for you.

The meeting facilitators are involved with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Humboldt and have been trained teachers for the Family-to-Family class.

It is free and open for those who reach out.
