To the Editor:

It has come to my attention that there are a few misinformed people who are bad-mouthing Patti Rose’s management of the Cedar Street senior apartments.

I would like to remind these discontented souls, who probably live in the senior apartments, that if it were not for Patti, there would be no senior apartment facility with rental rates affordable for those who live on Social Security. These malcontents would have no place to live without the senior housing.

Is this bad-mouthing the way to repay someone who has opened the door for them, built a clean, peaceful home for them?

To keep peace and order there are rules everywhere you live, and I am quite sure, one can be evicted for disregarding these rules a lot faster elsewhere than the senior apartments.

Patti is one of the fairest, most unselfish, patient and forgiving souls I know.

This whole community owes her a debt of gratitude for all the improvement she has brought about, like free, fresh food in the summer, to name one of her accomplishments that help our community.

So people, let’s get real; correct your own mistakes and quit placing blame on the blameless.
