The Humboldt County Central Committee invites the public to join Democrats to watch president Obama’s second inaugural. The Humboldt County Democratic Headquarters will be open on Monday, Jan. 21 beginning at 8 a.m. in order to celebrate and watch the swearing-in, the presidential speech and the inaugural parade, all of which begin in Washington DC around noon Eastern Standard Time. Humboldt County Democratic Headquarters is at 129 Fifth Street in Eureka. Regular Headquarters open hours will resume the following day, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
