On Tuesday, Jan. 8 the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) van and Food for People will be visiting the parking lot at Redwoods Rural and then that of the Phillipsville Fire Station.

The DHHS van brings opportunities to get referrals for mental health, help with applications for CalFresh (formerly called food stamps), Medi-Cal, CMSP and Path 2 Health, and Calworks.

And of course Food for People brings fresh produce to bolster the healthful eating of families and individuals.

All this will be at RRHC, 101 West Coast Road in Redway from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and at the Phillipsville Fire Station from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
