Come take a magical tour where fairy tales unfold from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Humboldt Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 24 Fellowship Way, off Jacoby Creek Rd., in Bayside.

If you are looking for a non-scary, non-religious, positive and enchanting alternative to local Halloween and harvest festivals, then the Halloween Festival is for you and your children. Come meet the King and Queen of Halloween in their festive court, complete with singing and dancing, then follow a guiding light on a tour through the lovely garden and watch fairy tales acted out, receive handmade tokens of special significance and top off the evening by choosing a delicious homemade cupcake and apple cider.

Tickets are presale only for specific time slots and the cost is $5 per person. Tickets are available at The Garden Gate on the Arcata Plaza, Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
