CHP officers Jesse Brookins, Ross Crown, Brian Hanson, and Scott Powell (left to right) out of the Garberville area CHP office made a visit to Humboldt Stepping Stones Preschool in Garberville on Wednesday, Sept. 26. The officers talked with the students about traffic safety and each student had the opportunity to sit inside a CHP patrol vehicle. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) offers a variety of traffic safety related presentations to schools, senior centers, and community groups.
